Stay Informed with Your Experienced Construction Supervisor

To assure quality construction, Triou’s Custom Homes employs a full time supervisor to assist Darryl in managing construction. Triou has known and worked with his subcontractor companies for many years. When selecting craft people, Darryl prefers smaller companies that are based locally.

Rest Assured with Our Service and Warranty Program

You will have a copy of our 2 year warranty before construction begins. At settlement, you will also receive a list of all the subcontractors who built your home. Any repairs or corrections that need to be made will be done as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
